About HSCAMP

HSCAMP Limited (Health and Social Care Complaint Adjudication Management Partners) is an independent complaint resolution, mediation and adjudication service for independent healthcare clinics in the UK. We help clinics handle patient complaints well, and we give their patients an independent route when a complaint cannot be settled with the clinic. We are a Complaint Tech company: member clinics also get the Clinic Portal and AI tools for running the clinic.

Who we are

HSCAMP was founded by Shawn Frazer and Dr Rohit Seth, an accredited medico legal expert. It was set up in 2023 and launched its complaints service in 2024. We work with aesthetic clinics, cosmetic surgeons, private GPs, eye clinics, specialist practices and private hospitals across the UK, and membership is growing steadily. How we work

HSCAMP steps in once a clinic has finished its own complaints process, and with the patient's consent. We review the complaint and the clinic's records, give the clinic a Complaint Opinion, and usually work to settle the complaint through Complaint Resolution. Our job is not to say the patient or the clinic is right, but to point out the faults on each side and bring both together. Adjudication, decided by an independent adjudicator with the right medical expertise, is there for the more serious cases. See our Complaint Process and Adjudication pages.

Independent and fair

Every complaint is handled by the HSCAMP team with medical input, and AI is never used to review or decide a complaint. Clinics pay for membership and cases, patients pay nothing, and outcomes are based only on the evidence. HSCAMP is applying to the Chartered Trading Standards Institute for accreditation under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
